Hi,
I am working on a long paper in word and I have to send drafts to different people at different stages. I would like to send an updated bibliography every time I send a new draft of the paper. When I run Citavi for the first time, the bibliography compiles beautifully. Nevertheless, the following times, the bibliography is compiled only with the citations I included in the last draft and below the previous bibliography. In addition, if I cite the same publications I cited in the previous draft, Citavi repeats the citations I already had in the original bibliography. Every time I run Citavi to compile the bibliography, it does it only with the added citations in that draft. That means that if I deleted an in-text citation, it will still appear in my old bibliography although that citation is no longer in the text, and should therefore be no longer in the bibliography.
Let me give you an example of my problem for a second draft of my paper:

I would like to find a way so that Citavi keeps in its records the complete citations in the document. This way, Citavi could update the citations I delete (by deleting them from the bibliography) and those that I add (by adding them to the original bibliography). Is this possible to do?
A temporary solution for me would be to find a way so that instead of adding the in-text citations in the following format {Author Year #101}, it would just add it in the following format (Author Year). At least in that way I would not have to run Citavi's bibliography every time I need to send a new draft of my paper, even if the bibliography is incomplete. If that was the case, the text would not look so strange with Citavi's in-text citation format.
Thanks so much!
