Word 2016: deactivate spelling for citavi fields

Is there a way to deactivate the auto-spellchecking (redline below "wrong" words) for fields (bibliography, references) generated by Citavi in Word 2016?

Thank you for your inquiry.

In Word, click File > Options > Proofing and uncheck all of the proofing options you do not want to delegate to MS Office.
