Hi
For writing articles exporting knowledge items of categories is very good.

I need to export knowledge items listed under a specific keyword should be exported to word as we do in categories.
How can I do this.
It will be helpful for linking different concepts and categories.

Hi sakkthi,

Thanks for your questions.

On the Citavi pane on the View tab, you can choose the option "By keywords". After that, you can insert the selected knowledge items. If you want to insert several knowledge items, press "Ctrl", select all relevant knowledge items and click Insert.

Best regards
Susanne

Hi sakkthi,

Thank you for your screenshots.

In Word, in the Word Add-In, please choose the tab "Knowledge" (1) to see your knowledge items.
Then, click View (2) and choose "By keywords".

Ok thank you it helped.
A small issue, I have around 60 to more than 150 knowledge items for many keywords.
So I have to click and select 60 times to export all items of keyword.
Any other ways to bulk export all items of the particular keyword please.

Hi sakkthi,

Thank you for your further question.

With that many knowledge items per keyword, it might be easier to cite those knowledge items directly from Citavi:

1. Open the Knowledge Organizer in Citavi and select the keyword in the keyword column.
2. Select all knowledge items of this keyword by pressing Ctrl + A.
3. Click Cite > Insert in Word.

Kind regards
Jana

(And to minimise all possible confusion, my main menu has two to three more sub-menus than the regular Citavi GUI because I added those myself via an AddOn)

Thanks,

Where can I download this addon?

The AddOn is neither here nor there. The command and menu you are looking for is in every version of Citavi. I only pointed out that my menu looks slightly different than yours and the "Citation" menu will be next to "Knowledge Items" in your version of Citavi. Be bold! Be experimental! Look at the GUI and click menus and buttons, and you will find what you are looking for.
