Hi,

I still can't reproduce it, but assume that the font you are using for display doesn't contain the characters in their semi-bold shape.

This is what it looks like here (Windows 10, Tahoma):

Hi Sebastian,

Thank you again for the response. You gave me a new idea to try and, in this case, it appears I have resolved the issue.

I did two things (I don't know which of them was responsible for the change):

1) I installed an old copy of Citavi 4
2) I went into Windows personalisation and changed a theme (to Windows Classic). I was planning to change Windows' display font but I stopped when I saw it wasn't just one simple setting.

Next, I opened Citavi 4 and found that there was no problem displaying Thai.

Finally, I opened Citavi 5 and found, happily, that the problem was resolved there as well.

Hi, aanon,

this sounds a little bit like magic to me. I can't imagine how either installing Citavi 4 or changing the Windows theme can have such an effect. But it's working now and that's what counts.
