Hi Amelie_caro,

Could you please send us the document and your project and also let us know which citation style you are using? To transfer the files, please use our secure upload service. So that we can match the files to the issue, please put the address of this page in the message field.

Thank you!

Best regards,

Hi Amelie_caro,

Thanks for the files! Since it looks like you're working with a citation style you modified, could you please upload that as well? You can find it in the folder Citavi 4\Custom Citation Styles.

Thanks!

Best regards,
Jennifer

Hi Amelie_caro,

Thanks for the files! When I click Refresh on the Citavi ribbon, the capitalization disappears and the name appears as it should. Could you please check the version number of the Add-In? You can find it in Word on the Citavi ribbon under About:

Thanks!

It's 4.4.0.28.
I tried the refresh button several times, but it won't work :(

Hi Amelie_caro,

Thanks for your response! You're working with an older version, so the problem is very likely due to that.

Would you please install the update to Citavi 4.6? You can find the Setup for Citavi 4.6 at http://www.citavi.com/download under "Special Installations".

Double-click the Citavi4Setup.exe file to start the installation. Your Citavi projects, license key, and settings will not be affected by the update.

After installing the update, please open Word and try clicking Refresh again.

Best regards,
Jennifer
