Low and high case text

Postby SvGSI » 2013-02-28 14:19

System information: [ Citavi Version 3.4, Windows 7, Other language, Internet Explorer 8-9, MS Office 2007, Acrobat 9 ]

How to type low and high case text in titles of references in order it could be exported in Bibtex file properly? I've tried to do it with a^(1) , a^{1} and $a^{1}$ but in all cases in the Latex-pdf output I'v got only the first bracket ( or { in the high case.

Hello SvGSI,

You would preferably enter your titles in Citavi as you would in Word, ie. without LaTeX formatting.
In the BibTeX-Export there is an option Preserve formatting in title fields:

The result in your BibTeX file will look like this: a\textsuperscript{1}

In a subsequent version of Citavi 4 we are going to enable the extensive use of LaTeX code within Citavi, but that is not implemented as yet.

Does that solve your problem?

Best regards
