Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to include a new type of reference, namely: government publications. Sometimes such publications only appear in internet (but they are not just an "Internet Document" or a "press release") and sometimes the government itself prints it.

Thanks,

Sari

Hi Sari,

Normally it is sufficient to cite government documents as whatever kind of document they are: a report, an article, etc. with the appropriate government agency as the author. Are there specific cases you are thinking of where that does not work?

Antonio

Thanks Anotonio.

I am specifically thinking of the case of government brochures posted online. A description of a social plan, for instance. Here is a concrete example: http://www.desarrollosocial.gob.ar/Uplo ... rabaja.pdf

This is not an article, or a report or an online document, I think.

Thanks!

Sari

Hi Sari,

Most likely, the appropriate reference type is Unpublished work.
