Trouble getting a full print out of category tree.

System information: [ Citavi Version 3.1, Windows 7, English, -, MS Office 2007, - ]

Hello, I am have trouble getting a print out of a categoryknowledge tree with accompanying notes. Is causing a consistent bug and I have had to force a shut down of citavi.

Dear Julia,

Please forgive the delayed response. That's very strange. I assume you are referring to the Compilation feature?

To create an activity log:
  1. On the Tools menu, click Options, then press Ctrl+T. A checkbox and button appear in the bottom left of the window.
  2. Select the Create activity log checkbox and then click OK.
  3. Do the steps that produce the error.
  4. On the Tools menu, click Options, then click Save log to save the activity log to a file.
  5. Send the activity log file to support@citavi.com. Please include the Web address of this page in your message.
  6. On the Tools menu, click Options, clear the Create activity log checkbox, and then click OK.
