Compilation of Bibliography in word: DIFFERENT DRAFTS

I was wondering if there are there any news on the Add-In for Word that will allow for citations to automatically appear as (Author Year) rather than {Author Year #101} Please refer to our long discussion above.

We are nearing the end of the Beta phase for Citavi 4. This week we plan to release two or three final Beta updates. As long as no major bugs are found, Citavi 4 will be released shortly thereafter.

This is great! You all have done a fabulous job with Citavi 4.

Just a quick question: how do I convert the old citations that had {Author Year #101} to the new format? Do I have to include each citation one by one or is there a way to do it automatically?

But I do not have that option in word. I only have three options:
1. Convert Endnote fields to Citavi fields
2. Save a copy as static text...
3. Copy references from document to Citavi project

Do I have to download anything else to have this option?

Hello Sari,

are you working from the U.S.? Due to patent restrictions, this feature is not available in the U.S., I am afraid.
Please send us your document and your Citavi project, we will convert the document and send it back to you.
Please use our secure upload link: www.citavi.com/transfer

For future documents, this will not be necessary anymore because you will always automatically insert fields in Word.
